Designed as the ideal fit for branch offices, mid-market enterprises, and small-to-medium businesses, the Aruba 6100 12-Port PoE+ Compliant Gigabit Managed Network Switch helps to expand your network capacity with 12 Gigabit Ethernet ports, each capable of operating PoE+ compatible devices such as IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones with a 139W power budget. Powered by a 1016 MHz Cortex A9 dual-core processor with 4GB of memory, this rack-mountable entry level Layer 2 switch also delivers smooth data transfers with a 68 Gb/s switching capacity and 45.1 Mpps forwarding rate. Two 10G SFP+ slots are included alongside two 1G SFP slots, supporting fiber uplinks and stacking for up to 16 switches. A 165W power supply is pre-installed. The ArubaOS-CX modular, database-driven operating system helps to simplify a wide range of critical and complex network tasks.

Simplify Adds, Moves & Changes
Reduce manual IT operation tasks around initial deployment or ongoing configuration changes to accommodate adds, moves, and changes with colorless ports using local user roles and local-MAC-Authentication (LMA). Instead of statically pre-configuring access ports to VLANs and maintaining the switch port to VLAN mapping, colorless ports can automatically apply the role/policy required.
