Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. Equipped with four digital MEMS microphones, a built-in speaker, and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, the Jabra Speak2 55 Speakerphone is an ultraportable solution for all of your conferencing needs. The unit is best suited for room sizes 14.76 by 14.76'. Full duplex audio with beamforming, noise-cancelling microphones ensure all participants are heard. Its plug-and-play configuration makes for easy setup with your Windows, ChromeOS, or macOS computer.

Connect up to eight devices and play two simultaneously via Bluetooth technology. The Speak2 55 also features built-in rechargeable lithium-ion 900mA batteries that can operate for up to 12 hours at a time.

Full Duplex Audio with Embedded Voice Technology
The Speak2 55's built-in speaker and four microphones are engineered for full duplex audio, allowing all participants to speak and be heard simultaneously. This helps bridge the gap between in-person and virtual participants and facilitates collaboration. Voice Level Normalization technology equalizes all voices to the same volume level and Acoustic Echo Cancellation reduces noise interference.

Wide Compatibility
The speakerphone is compatible with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. Utilize the Jabra Direct or Xpress software to facilitate control over the unit. The USB-A and USB-C connectors on the integrated 31.5" cable plug into your Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS computer. Bluetooth 5.1 technology with A2DP, AVRCP, BLE, and HFP profiles can connect your smartphone or tablet from up to 98' away.

Onboard Controls
Turn the speakerphone on and off, end or answer a call, adjust the volume, engage Bluetooth, and even mute yourself with the onboard touch controls. A customizable smart button can be used to play/pause music when in speaker mode, or perform actions of your choice. An LED indicator displays battery status.

Internal Rechargeable Batteries
Two 900mA lithium-ion batteries can power the speakerphone for 12 hours. Once depleted, charge the device from the USB-A connector in 2.5 hours or from the USB-C connector in 5 hours.
